Our holiday changeover clean is suitable for properties up to tourist board standards. Your property will be looked after by our in-house team of housekeepers, including checking the property on departure; cleaning and servicing the property ready for arrivals; linen services and liaising with incoming guests on arrival via a welcome text message.
MBK Cleaning can offer you a full linen or laundry service. We can provide the linen so you don't have to or we can take the used linen and return it washed and ready to go. A minimum of two sets of linen would be required for each bedroom, so during the busy season the beds can be remade during the changeover clean.
By safeguarding a set of your keys, we are on-call for any emergency services that you require, 24 hours a day.
MBK Cleaning also offer a full management service, both for commercial services and private rentals, where we will take control of the day to day running of your property : with such services as Advertising, taking bookings, being the main Point of Contact for guests.
